It's CD _source_, scene mp3 CD rips can't be 320 kbps requested (even tho VBR -V0 is really close).
So it's either non-scene CD rip or WEB. I.e. another kind offer to save some stranger's money or time to search for a free leak at much less obvious sources than 1gabba.

uh why can't scene CD rips be requested in 320? I would love to hear you explain why this is.

Because scene release rules (atm) restrict cd rips to be released only as either mp3 @ vbr quality/bitrate or lossless (flac). You can request an encode from (scene) flac cd rip, np, but don't refer to this encode as scene release then.
