Can you define the term 'upscaled'? By looking at spectrogram it's definitely better than mp3 128 version off soundcloud but still not good enough to be pure mp3 320.

A sound file which attributes give wrong information about bitrate and sound spectrum. e.g. a file which only includes data up to 16kHz but says it's 320kbps.
