It's not too much of a problem to reupload. Ofc spamming with this many single requests at one time is not the best idea as well, but there're certain flaws with this kind of unique batch requests with a generic "reup plz" name:
a) the easiest way to respond to a batch request'd be a batch reupload with a single archive file --> it's unlikely that many ppl will need exactly this requested set of releases or are ok to d/l ~1GB to get just 1 or 2 releases;
b) there will be obvious difficulties for other ppl to find this request later when it moves away front page.

There're 18 MOH releases and just 3 NEO ones, at least you could have created separate requests for NEO ones and then batch request's could become MOH-only one with some reference to it in its name.
