"ROT103" , "ROT105" - you seriously think that discogs misses info and CDMs of ROT003 & ROT005 (and of all <100 cat.nos) ever existed?
"etc." - you cba to copy-paste 24 lines from discogs?
https://prescene.tk/index.php?search=elstak+flac instantly shows 4 scene releases, links for 2 of 'em at most obvious site are online:

Your topic - update as you wish of course (also change its status back to "open"). Yet don't expect every release from ROT's CDM cat.no range to be FLAC scene-released (actually I guess only few CDMs are there in databases) or shared as non-scene FLAC/320 kbps rips.
By my count ROT 112,115,153,160,161,162,165 were not released/shared. As some sort of replacement for these missing ones there're ROT 012 (WEB), 260 (CDS), 065 (WEB).
That's just for info of what you can expect to possibly show up here, not going to upload myself, sorry.
