If the five scene releases from CGI are found, even that could be a big progress, and I'd consider that as filled - this label, along with Trancewarez, Virus Audio and Virus Audio White is something I try to have a complete label. But one step at a time.

interesting request, seeing Will Atkinson and Nick Callaghan remixes on this label, this is probably something i would be interested in.

i just want to point out that your choice of words might be confusing, confused me at least :) although i am sure the intention was to make it as clear as possible.

in CGIW the first 2 scene releases, you have those, or looking for those? because you said you have 2 and you list 2, and then say you have two more "2 plus 2 is 4" -big shaq

also you didn't list some scene releases, is this because they are lower priority?
for example Will_Atkinson-Enough_Is_Enough-WEB-2009-ASOT which is cgi011

i guess you would take non-scene for those who wasn't released?

Thanks for reminding me to look a bit more into this - I found a few more, and I added to the list I have. (It's a bit tricky, as several releases did not put the CGI0XX number into the release folder!) I also reworded it a bit. I updated the request, and turns out that a few releases indeed did not get scene releases!
I'm looking for the scene releases first. They are easier to find. The rest, I don't think I have a chance to see!

regarding cgi025 - this release contains both tracks, although one of them is remastered if it bothers you :)

btw, i found some of the unreleased tracks on spotify, but they are unplayable for me, this happened to me in the past few times occasionally, but i thought it is just a region/country block.
today i finally managed to get the spotify api to wrok for me, unfortunately i was right, they unavailable because of region block, but what is more unfortunate is the fact that they are unavailable to everyone!
the API shows there is no available markets for those releases of cgi O_o

So they didn't do a proper job and wipe the music off altogether.

This is a problem with digital distribution: unless your music gets into the scene (happened to my own music, as well as the label I co-run, lol), it might be forgotten altogether. Virus Audio, another label which I _tried_ looking for, has also been gone since 2013 at least as the head of the label went the deep techno way under a different alias. Some of this label's releases are not even on Discogs and I'm trying to find what these releases could have been (as even the Facebook pages have been wiped).

i am sorry, i am not from the music industry, but why would you want to wipe a whole label???
sure, as an individual artist, as you grow and mature you might look at your first creations and ask yourself what the hell you were thinking at that time, and i would understand if someone would like to wipe any existence of some of his creation, but a whole label with different artists???

i will also add a few more observations with playing with spotify API, they dont have all cgi releases, but the ones that are listed, spotify has the audio files.
how do i know this?

the cgi tracks returned data for audio analysis.

spotify was founded in 2006 so theoretically there might have been a time those tracks were available to play.

Probably Mr. G. (the label owner) didn't want to deal with paperwork anymore. I think he's still around as an organizer (while Vandall from Trancewarez is also around doing management I believe). Likely the same for Virus Audio. (I conducted my research into that label's scene appearance, and... let's just say it's quite rare)
Also, it could have been because both Mr. G. and Mr. Joe-E changed genres. G was part of a group Panda (electro house I think?), E went SEFF.

And yeah, good call on Spotify. Unfortunately, there's no way to get those back on the service.

paperwork??? who likes paperwork? except lawyers, if they are still in the "biz", they most likely have someone who handle the paperwork.
there are tech companies who were sold, but they kept the patents, and those "companies" only staff is lawyers to sue for patent rights and royalties... they don't just wipe everything, "worst" case they make it open source and available to the public.

Well honestly I don't know their situation. (the only two bigger names I'm friends with from the UK in the scene would be Les from Lab 4 and Dark by Design, I could ask them lol) Maybe they had lawyers. Maybe they didn't.
