It's BZRK031 first of all, "Hardcore Come Back" just reissued many older dutch label's releases is Spain. And if you ask for Promo's tracks you should expect "The Third Movement" label involved and use discogs search.
Anyway here're CD-rip versions of track 1 from "Promo ‎– The Worst Of", track 2 from "Promo ‎– The Worst Of 2":
