When a bundle of tracks are released as one package, that's surely classified as a release. The rule applies specifically to requesting all releases from a particular label.
Some rules get confusing, this one is not one of those IMO

Technically the request should have been for the Retro Bundle then, as there is a rule not allowing requesting specific tracks of a release.
