i know spectrum is cut out at 14khz but i also spent a long time looking for this track and every version i found had same spectrum cut off, some were obviously re-converted but this one sounds best from everything i found so far.
who knows it might have been released like this, saw a lot of makina releases both on CD or web re-releases of old stuff that had some weird frequency cutoff.
anyway since its only 128 and somebody might have a better quality rip not filling

To my knowledge, no ADN/Vale stuff were released digitally, except for a few compilations like Makina 100% maybe, but those are predominatily Bit Music.
I believe I have this exact file on my harddrive as well, and its a vinyl rip. I downloaded it from a website that shared makina rips on it. Most of them were just 128kbps to my knowledge
