If somebody refers to:
DJ_Rob_-_Boys_Interface_(The_Remixes)-(SMC014)-WEB-2004-iHQ_INT
...then it's not an upscale, just an old WEB using old Lame 3.96 encoder. Spectrums are typical for 320 kbps of this Lame version (just as 3.95) - try encode some random flac and you'll see that "premature" cut of most freqs at ~19 kHz, yet _complete_ cut is still by modern Lame versions' standards (~20 kHz)

I requested this release, i downloaded one track from myfreemp3 and used spek analyzer on it, seemed upscaled to me, it was indeed the iHQ upload
But if it's not upcscaled it's fine be me, you have the whole release please?
