Afaik even though they sell these tracks from old Hardcore Blasters' releases in up to lossless quality but the majority (or even all of them) got pretty poor actual quality (audio spectrums) hardly fitting even mp3 320 kbps standards. Just like this DEF's scene release.

It's admin's free will and free time (not that he gets paid for it), he might not be around 24 hours/day and also it's summer time = vacations time.
Not that anyone's going to buy and share a single track from this vintage tunes' list anyway, not to mention all of them.
