most of the files in your packages have different file dates... maybe if someone can provide good files? :)

Time stamps of files don't affect CRC sums (i.e. it's still exactly the same file).
The only "natural" way to preserve original (i.e. matching release rip/nfo date) dates of files is to never unpack them from archive that was submitted by a scene release group itself. While at the point when regular users get access to scene stuff (public 0-day release sites) usually it's already several times unpacked-repacked. Not mentioning sources like 0daymusic's old collections or Soulseek - you'll never get "proper" dates.
SFVs get "raped" (release tool-generated commented lines removed), NFOs char/text format/encoding changed etc.
Besides time stamps can be easily changed to w/e date/time one needs - so, once again, don't bother hunting for "proper" ones.
The biggest trap is when some brainiac long ago forged a SFV (because he lost it or just cba to seek proper mp3 file versions) and by now 99% of available release's versions come with this fake sh#t :S

Usually that's exactly what SFV is present in releases for - if MP3 files pass CRC (short for "Cyclic redundancy check") then it's ok :P
That's enough for later (incl. all WEB, from my experience) scene releases.
For earlier (90s and ~1st half of 2000s) scene vinyl rips there's a chance to get a forged/fake SFV thus CRC results would be useless. So at least check SFV files contents in Notepad:
1. SFV is (usually) OK if:
** Generated by MORGOTH MP3 releaser tool (usually comes with multi-commented lines with scene group's logo);
** Has "Raped by" comment;
** In macintosh char/text format (usually with blank lines inserted after each comment/filename-sum line);
** In windows/unix char/text format with CRC sums in lower case;
2. SFV is not OK (usually thanks to 0dayvinyls/0daymusic "creativeness") if:
** Generated by QuickSFV/WinSFV tool (sometimes there're also hkSFV-generated SFVs that were obviously created later than release date but further MP3 tag analysis usually doesn't reveal obvious f#ckups in tag naming/formats used);
** In windows/unix char/text format with CRC sums in UPPER case.
