You never know for sure. VELOCiTY releases usually is upscaled (stolen).

how does upscaled mean stolen lmao. it's just bad quality, which at all is better then no extended release after all. if higher quality is available that should be used tho

Like everyone, it's true. Everywhere. Sometimes I buy on Play Google 1-2 releases. On P2P comes through new scene releases. Though I don't know, but we leave it.

Like I said: If BC, AOV and VELOCiTY releases are requested EXPLICITLY, requests are okay.

Requester should just be aware that the mp3s might be upscaled and check them with a spectrometer if he wants quality.

If requester would have requested just U.V.C. - Ultra Violent Core without any hint on the scene release by VELOCiTY, uploading the VELOCiTY release without checking if it's really 320kpbs and approving would be not okay.
