Not the OP anon, still RED-034 is upscaled from 192 kbps in this upload.
Links to vk.com pages are not that useful as before because unregistered users can't download tunes shared in usual streamable way anymore. And I doubt there're really _all_ releases in proper 320 kbps of even most common noisj-related labels (not to mention Dream Machine, Time Traveller, Blacklight Sessions, Tesjno).
