Scene releases are bound to official mp3 tag genre classification and hardstyle is missing there. So even for latest releases they tag 'em as techno or trance.
There're many requests here (incl. filled ones) that are not quite strictly classified as those in the site's local list of allowed genres so it'd be silly to play purist and try to get this one single request closed.
If it's a request for some completely exotic stuff then it just naturally won't be filled.

It's from year 2002 and many earlier major hardstyle labels' releases have hard trance/house style tag at discogs.

Maybe, but im not refering to Discogs.
The release Group(EOM)itself stated explicit in their nfo file that this is hard trance.
