hM's MP3 rip is VBR -V0, WEB is 320 kbps. CD3 contains all the same tracks from CD1 & 2.
Ofc could encode to 320 kbps from SPL's FLAC CD-rip but OP mentioned just "not flac" so technically any kind of MP3 fills the request.
