I know the comment below covers the upscale part, but it's actually even more amusing than that - it's basically 3 blatant YouTube rips that have been created using an online site like grabfrom or yt2mp3 then repackaged into a file for download lol They didn't even make any effort to remove the converter tagging to try and hide it either lol

Unfortunately the WEB of this released by Infrared was upscaled.
