It says in the soundcloud link “free download” some other people have mentioned it was.

Ah, yes, the URL. I didn't see that.
Hopefully it's not one of those cases where the artist forgot to open the download option.

Could be but I know some people may have had access to it because it’s been posted on YouTube and was showcased on Andy Whitby’s/bounce heaven YouTube channel but could of just been a Sound cloud rip :/
