i believe it is, i cued the original file 10 years ago with medieval cue splitter, unfortunately i don't have the original file anymore :(

The thing is it is impossible to merge multiple files into a single mp3 (gaps will occur) again to match the release :/

indeed, i tried to batch-merge with mp3directcut and there is a gap :( you should merge again with a multitrack audio editor, but it would need re encoding
