Seriously, most radio edits as of late are like 10-15 secs shorter than w/e max length version is called. Most of the times they are just nigh-auto generated cuts just to tempt people to buy "bundles" thus buying the same tracks twice but with a "discount".
In case of MONSTER041 they fucked up even this cheesy simple routine and just duped the track (both lengths and waveforms/contents of hardtunes' previews match):

Hardtunes' prices are quite fucked up yet you expect people to buy/seek for optional extra tracks and deny them points for filling a request (thus discouraging to do so furthermore), setting your personal informal rules in other people's requests just because exactly you collect everything.
Please, let OP decide if uploaded non-edit alone is enough for him, if something is not up to his expectations he can always add the same "not filled because..." comment and change the request's status back to "open" himself (if he's a registered user ofc)
