i think you've linked the wrong discogs link cause it doesn't say what you are looking for the title and discogs title are completely different

Even if they did post the correct discogs url, I believe the Happy Hardcore tag would be incorrect anyways. I can only see one track that's remotely Happy/UK on it, the rest looks to be Hardcore or Hardstyle.

Things by UK Hardcore/Happy Hardcore artists which are a bit harder than their usual stuff mostly still are closer to UK Hardcore (=softer) than to the music which is usually called Hardcore like Nosferatu, Tripped or DJ Outblast.
correction: Just had a look at the Discogs link. This does not apply for this release of course, as it doesn't have the music I expected on a Keeping the Rave Alive release common today.
