This is original mix. As request title says, I am looking for radio edit (it should be length 3:30 or so).

There's 4:41 version at Deezer/Tidal but I guess this edit is not radio/short enough than the one you seek, lol :P

It seems to be that 4:41 version is the official radio edit. At least, according to this site: https://themusic.today/release/andy-svge-the-in-between-dreamfields-2017-anthem-single/9006967
Though on VK Music you can find 3:30 version (which is exact the same length as video clip), but it is only 256 kbps.

If it's "exactly the same length as video clip" huge chances it's a webrip of this clip, especially considering unconventional bitrate used. You can reencode .m4a/.ogg of youtube-clips as mp3 at w/e bitrate you want but actual quality is still like 128-192 kbps.
Though this release is sold as 1 track at all usual WEB shops, so I wouldn't call any kind of edit official. Anyone can make a fade in/fade out at random points of the track, but ofc nowadays a typical 1-track "release" can't be considered full if it doesn't have a cut dupe of it :P
