Well, hardly anyone will share with WAVs purchased as precisely this single's WEBs but its tracks can be found as part of Playah's same named album that is available as CDrip in FLAC. The only difference I is that "Bounce Back" is ~10 secs shorter than WEB/single version. Here're 3 tracks:

If that's not good enough then best that's available (for free) is 320 kbps version of NEO 043 (The_Playah-Walking_The_Line-(NEO043)-WEB-2009-HEARTBEAT).
