I always wondered what the CABLE tag means in scene releases of sets.

im guessin it somehow came, the signal was broadcasted, via cable TV/Radio and not SATellite dish or direct internet LIVE stream nor FM, DAB, SBD, DTV etc

or the stream itself might have had multiple options to listen to and CABLE simply means it was ripped via cable by the ripper

Yes, that's something I had guessed as well. Can't think of any other explaination.
