Vol 1,2 and 3 are available on Deezer .. but appear that Vol 2 and 3 are upscaled from 192kbit mp3 (Vol1 seems proper FLAC)
Might need to find someone with the actual CDs to check if they are better quality or if this was mastered from 192 mp3 back in the day.
I assume the release on Beatport would suffer the same quality issues.

They are like that from the company. Quite probably everywhere, so unless you'll find somebody who has the CD...
