You "found" the same d/l link from the vk page you posted in request notes. It's just an old link, before mega.co.nz moved to mega.nz, and any url in this old mega format can be "fixed" by removing that extra ".co".
Anyway, gj self-filling own request within less than an hour. You should've edited your request and changed is status to closed

Just had to replace encoded caracters in the url (":", "/", "#" and "!").
