Since it's not listed on Junodownload anymore, I sadly believe that there is no lossless version of it.

just cause it's not on juno anymore doesn't mean it doesn't exist in lossless

Quosh Digital was exclusive to the Quosh Records website.

Only the earliest releases were available in wav.

The site would get multiple redesigns which would cause all of these to only be available in mp3 going forward (Earliest archive as of 2008 shows they were already mp3 only).

EVERYTHING once existed in lossless. No artist will edit his music data into an mp3 file.
At worst dumb artist deleted the original music data file from his PC and never copied it to anyone before.

You're putting to much trust into artists.
And that's highly untrue when it comes to Tracker Music, were quite a lite of samples are just 8-bit and quite crunchy

Music done with computer tracker tools ≠ 8 bit music.

Just because a track uses 8 bit samples doesn't mean the track is 8 bit.

Noone of contemporary musicians whose music we share uses old tools like Soundtracker, Protracker etc. except some 1990s Gabber tunes which were mostly edited ("pimped up" so to say) with studio equipment after being developed with a common tracker of the time and before being put onto vinyl or cd.

Here's an example of 8 bit music*: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdzfOXkZrY0

see also here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_tracker

* early computer tune musicians like Rob Hubbard did not have trackers but edited assembler data (it's debatable of course if a chiptune artist from the 1980s counts as "early")

ps. to some degree you are probably right thou, Q91, I'm putting too much "trust" into artists ;)

there's tracks i never thought i'd ever get in a million years in lossless so i ain't giving up

True, I never expected to find a clean digital copy of Brisk & Trixxy's original version of Eyeopener (outside asking CDJay of HU), but then someone mentioned the Original Hardcore Selection album

yeah its good quality on that cd to better speks than the one on Slammin' Vinyl Presents Hardcore Anthems, but the one on this album is 6.33 :/ so which one is the correct one, and it goes all the way to the end of 6.33 to there is only a 2 second silence at end to finish off the track
