or maybe the vinyl version i have is album version, no idea always had this problem with scott's tracks, anyway the digital version should be the right one

Woo nelly, they were definitely different.

I presume the "The Theory Of Evolution" version (the 5 minute one) should be considered to be the original, while the EV53 should be considered a '01 mix (the 6 minute one)
The 6 minute one you linked sounds exactly like the EV55 vinyl.

The one on Theory Of Evolution is the original version. The ev55 one is the 2001 mix. Scott should've either called it a remix or (Trance Sect 2001).
