Request not filled! Non-scene mp3 file instead requested release was published

It's a non-scene "group" thus it can't release anything than non-scene mp3 files. I can rip from deezer, generate nfo + sfv, add "ukhc" references here and there and the only way to confirm if it's "proper" is to compare with the group's nfo/tag/filenames of other releases. Not that anyone would bother but these can be also perfectly mimicked

i call non-scene release group's product as Underground, Private Scener, and naked mp3s as pure non-scene.
Which terminology is better?

There's enough confusion as it is when "scene" is mentioned - it's supposed to mean music/art/genre scene by default but since we're at one of those collectors' sites the default meaning mutated into "warez scene". The latter still got some quality standards, rules, group reputation, set distribution mechanics, pre/srr databases for notification/verification etc.
Just the fact that someone decided and set up some tool to generate nfo/sfv for the releases "overlooked by the scene" that he managed to find around for his collection, doesn't change the fact he's not bound by any warez scene rules and checks. So imho it should be just "full release by UKHC" (doubt it's actually a group, usually it's just 1 "special-minded" person who got too much free time and decided to backup whole deezer/google play/soulseek, unlike e.g. SSK or MUF from the past that actually ripped CDs and vinyl).
Afair, the one who spawned UKHC releases was pretty active at hardbay torrent tracker once and since you're probably interested not in just this exact release but in other/future releases by this group you should try to figure out which site/forum/tracker it's active atm and initially uploads its releases. Because even if someone comes across this kind of "self-releases" and picks mp3s from it, usually those "essential" (only for collectors) m3u/nfo/sfv are deleted and mp3s are retagged and since it's not "true" warez scene there's no way to restore/revert it :(

In my opinion somebody can also be part of the warez scene if he ignores set standards (like naming and tagging). Especially when standards have become useless and outdated like file-naming which is still bound to MS-DOS file names using the underscore. Bad quality will be considered bad anyway.

PC Warez standard, where mp3 standard originates from and is similar, was already introduced in 1989 (!) by The Humble Guys: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Humble_Guys

There were already certain file tagging standards in the C64 and Amiga scene (https://csdb.dk/release/?id=10236) but nobody would have gotten the idea somebody would not be part of the scene just because he, for example, tagged cheatmode incorrectly in crack file name. I see no reason why somebody should be non-scene just because he gets mp3s from Deezer. Back in the days game cracks were even considered cracks when they were from a full memory backup instead of a real original disk (thou this rises chances of bugs of course) and from a technical point of view there wasn't anything to crack to anymore because memory backup, of course, had no copy protection.

Borgild is right in one thing: these "groups" mostly consist of one person only nowadays thou accusing them of having "too much spare-time" is pathetic, because that's an accuse which would be appropriate for everyone doing mp3 releases and each and everyone of us on XPRM too.

Tagging releases with a nick name is of course to gain fame, no matter if it's SRG, WRE or PUTA. After all putting out mp3s is so ridiculously simple that it raises the question if tagging them is appropriate at all. Cracking software is real work which needs knowledge of programming, putting out mp3s is a joke.

Anyway, it's the scene groups decision after all and I personally couldn't care less. Just one more thing. All of these are illegal scenes with an anarchistic touch and I'm amused by "sceners" who try to appoint who is part of a scene and who is not, it's not in their power to decide.
