Been recorded on cassete in 2001 year and have time 5:11 , only this what I known about him, so far no one has recognized him nowhere else. I've been looking for it for a few years, I've listened to several thousand songs from those years and to no avail

Sounds like US House from the mid/late 80s. Where did you get it from?

80s ? Been recorded from other cassete on cassete by my a family member but this person can`t remeber nothing about where and from.
