Can't find much on this track/version unfortunately, and the longer version ( https://soundcloud.com/jeffrey-geeraets/mbk-mental-disorder ) isn't the same (slower).

Not released yet. You could ask MBK if he plans to publish it commercially or might give it out as freebie. I don't know this guy but from experience Uptempo artists are often happy to give tracks to fans.
