In general, not only for you, music addict. "In highest possible quality please" is self-evident, it shouldn't be necessary to point out, but I of course understand you guys point it out with weirdos frequenting the site too. Btw, it also helps to write down the exact time length of extended mixes (Hardstyle, Mainstream Hardcore) as we still have funny guys who do not bother to click on a link and upload the short version.
For new stuff at least 320kbps is a must. (except for some CD releases which for strange reasons are still done in VBR by "sceners"). If it's easily available in Flac, like on Deezer, I recommend to upload it like that. People can convert them into mp3s on their own. If somebody explicitly requests 320kbps mp3 it's nice to upload exactly those of course. New vinyl records are usually available in lossless. It helps thou to listen to vinyl recordings as some are in lossless but badly recorded, clicks e.g., by folks without experience.
With old stuff, especially vinyl rips, ~192kbps is okay. Something better won't be easy to find in many cases. Depends on genre thou.. many DnB guys are so nice to re-record a lot of releases in lossless while Hardcore guys hardly do this (it got better in the last time thanks to some great individuals) and Hardstyle guys unluckily not at all. Old Hardstyle EPs seem to dust away in basements...
Instead of writing a vague "In highest possible quality" it helps uploaders if you give an exact bitrate to be the least like "320kbps+".

Which CD is this from?

Not sure I am afraid, I don't keep full releases just what I need. I check specs on all rips so best I would have come across.

That is awesome, thank you so much!

Btw, the Ukrainian version of Old School Drum N Bass Vol.3 is a set imported from https://www.discogs.com/Various-Drum-n-Bass-Anthems/release/3390300 and does not have the full track.
