Why not just pick 1200x1200 Deezer's cover if you seem to care only about resolution? Ther're are upscaled, reencoded or overcompressed jpgs. Harsdstyle.com, Youtube music/Google play, iTunes all have better version than this Yandex one

Qualitywise except for some old ones they are fine and not blurry like Deezer.
