I am specifically looking for this release, please reopen

WEB is hardtunes-only ofc https://www.hardtunes.com/albums/korsakoff-focus/5
Tho even there 3 tracks are actualy tagged as originating from "Unrivalled" album. And, yes, full-length "Focus" can be found at her other album. Tracks' waveforms/mastering are the same vs. mp3 WEB so the difference is mostly only about those tiny CD gaps appended to the tracks' endings

Well the reason I am after it is because I'm almost certain the track Birth had some differences compared to the album version. Here is the version I believe was originally from the Focus release.

But with Hardtunes linking 3 tracks to the album release now it's hard to find out if this was indeed the case.

There's scene mp3 release for the WEB = Korsakoff_-_Focus_(MOH070)-WEB-2008-SRG. Curious tho it refers to beatport.com, looks like it was avl. back then in 2008 and was removed.
In your version someone picked the track from SRG release (hey, cuz it's free) and messed with mp3gain: there's APE tag, if you undo the changes and then apply +2 (aka +2*1,5=3 dB) gain with mp3gain you get exactly the same file
Hardtunes preview is also mastered/normalized to usual 0 dbFS

Good to know, so indeed the track was different in this release. But whether it will show up in lossless.. fingers crossed haha

What I wrote means your track, after removing custom changes, is exactly the same as scene WEB. And that WEB, by tracks' length and waveform, is very close to what you can get from CD albums

Track length is the same yes but listen to the album version and this version. They are not the same.

Changing d/l link in your old comment w/o any notion = not cool.
Waveform of this new one (from Google Play) vs. the one from "Pink Noise" lossless CD rip is the same. And why should they be if your mp3 is from WEB version of the same album (judging by tags).
There's "REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN = -8.44 dB" tag in the mp3 file and if you got a player that reads and auto-applies it then ofc it sounds less loud (-8 dB is kinda a lot)

I have no idea what you are talking about, changing links?? And for the rest I give up. I think my comment was clear.

My bad, d/led gmz's 1st link this time, sorry xD
Anyway, I think I'm out of english words why "Birth" with -1.5 dB applied thru mp3gain will naturally have different waveform and sound quiter than original version from SRG WEB release (which is, most likely, what hardtunes sell, length/waveform-wise). It's lossless full EP WEB you're after and it doesn't matter if it's almost the same as tracks from CD rips or not. Hopefully someone will spend those "epic" 8 euros and share it here, gl

Ok, last hint. Do they both start with a kickdrum?
