There're no lower/higher bitrate versions of a scene release, so when you request via its precise (file)name you are supposed to know what you actually ask for (not all tracks might be covered and definitely not always 320 kbps).
So since it's untypical that there will be an "upgrade" of the same release from the scene, obviously the only source of it could only be privately bought & shared stuff.
