Did a singles digital pack get released with this? If so, does anyone have it? Thank you.

No Mate, this was 2006. Well before the Digital side took over.
Just realised what you may mean 'Double Digipak' ? If so it's the type of Case the CD's come in, no idea why they call them Digipak.

I think you were right in your first assumption.

Shame that 2006 Kurt remix of Space Odyssey never came out digitally. No worries. Cheers, Dale!

Actually... it did. Notorious Vinyl had a few digital releases. I've had it since 2007, but for some reason it's listed as "2008" on Toolbox

Very unlikely a downloadable bonus pack was published back then in 2006, as Dale writes.
Btw, to be smart ass again: CDs are digital. Analogue media are vinyl records, tapes e.

I know the media Dude, the case type the CD came in, is called a Digipak.
Just found this on Google:
''A digipak is the same form and size as a standard CD Jewel Case, however it is made mostly from environmentally friendly board. The difference with a digipak is that the CD wallet/jacket has a plastic tray which the disc snaps into – overall it is a sturdier product.
The history of the digipak goes back to 1974, when Dutch electronics company Philips began developing a digital optical audio disk with an error correction code.
50 years later, these disks are a core part of 21st century life. Digipak CD packaging contains an outer shell made from a type of custom cardboard. Within it, lies one or more plastic trays able to hold a CD.''
I had no idea that type of case was so old haha !!!

Here's a FLAC with fixed tags and a good bunch of large images plus each set in one 320kbps mp3 file.
