I found Club Mix on "Dance To This!" compilation in Pandora streaming service: https://www.pandora.com/artist/various-artists/dance-to-this/ALnKqlk75JJlZmw Grabbed mp4 and converted into wav: https://krakenfiles.com/view/1491b8744a/file.html Odd thing that mp4 occupies just 3 MB but the spectres show fine frequencies up to 20 kHz. Not ideal, but fine anyways.
Now I need to find Fantasy Mix and DJ Light Club Remix in HQ and that'd be done.
