Not necessarily, there is a Hardcore artist, can't remember his nick, who published USB extra tracks a while ago, which were shared by some guy who bought them.

At least, we got previously 2 of 3 tracks featured on comps like DJ Tools 5 and Sharkey album, so why not to wait a little bit more to feature on a forthcoming project, who knows.
