This one appears to simply have bad specs, even the version on RED has ~128kbps spectrograms. This version might be better https://www.musicmondays.co.uk/download/mmcd008d than the Beatport/Deezer one (it's cheaper at least).

Found someone who purchased it from that site on Soulseek; identical specs with Deezer version. Perhaps this request should be closed.
