Same, why you decided it's an upscale? It's just Junodownload back then got pretty specific encoder (old lame v3.98.2) and it's settings settings (with "-s" option that encoded in simple stereo, not usual/default joint stereo mode) that made 16-20 kHz range look somewhat poor but still I can believe these're exactly mp3s that Junodownload sold. Besides Homely was quite respectable release group

To me they looked upscaled but good to hear you confirming they are not. I didn't think Homely upscaled them btw but the label.
