@DJJanku: Thru adding REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN or REPLAYGAIN_ALBUM_GAIN tags (as "+X.XX dB" - no more than 9 chars, excl. " dB" ending) and using players (like foobar2000) that understand and can apply 'em (track or album ones correspondingly)
