Didn't know that thanks, I'll be happy with either or both

Thank you so much that was very quick, do you have a wav or flac as well please?

Both fake. Lots of cut and paste on these.

There is only 1 real version and it's 5:53

This is true, sadly a lot of people think it's OK to trade fakes and mixcuts online and/or don't even check the authenticity of a track.

As the legit version was only sent out to the first few patreons as a 1 off 'dub' it still remains rare.

This goes along with the craze to keep some tracks ("Dubs") within a small circle. I do understand this somehow if artists and labels do so, although I do not agree with this attitude which is pretty cheap to be unique but seems they have nothing else to offer and distinguish themselves. Music doesn't get cool automatically because it's rare, else crappy Grindcore bands by 14 years old metal kids would be amazing.. What I do not understand is when some music collectors who have nothing else to offer won't share it with people.

I don’t understand your logic I’m afraid.
Why do you think that means I should give it away for free to people I don’t know let alone trust?

If the wrong person gets their hands on a dub (or exclusive) and it leaks and is traced back to you why would you take that risk unnecessarily?!

Or why would you give something away for free once when you can obtain more rare music by trading with it?
The risk is worth taking if you can obtain something equally as rare or sought after.

I don’t share much openly as you know because believe it or not you can get caught out if you are careless especially with rare OR brand new releases (such as dubs or dub packs and USBs).

On the flip side it’s frowned upon by traders if you leak something ‘hot’.
Which literally only happened last week!

This track (in it’s legit form) is one of the those that retained it’s rarity as the fakes are available which makes the legit one valuable.
Quite often fakes are used to cover leaks. Flood the market with fakes and you reduce the chance of people getting the legit one (unless they utilise some tricks and tools).

Hope this insight helps you understand a bit better.

Not heard of digital watermarking in music?!

These are often used for promo or unreleased tracks (such as DUBS), the watermarks can even be adjusted for EACH file you send out so that a leak can be traced back to a particular person. You can either embed an audio signal or you can use watermarking software.

Luckily fully released music has shied away from DRM since the shit show in the 00s.

(Alpha, I understand English isn't your first language so I'll let that comment about my mental health slide as I'm not easily offended, I would expect better in future though.)

Sorry that was me posting from another machine, forgot to log in on it :)

I don't care if you are offended. It's not even an insult, it's a serious hint for you. Apparently my English seems to be better than yours btw.

If you are so afraid of pirating music, just don't do it, you got other problems. Furthermore we are not going to discuss your issues here.

ps. I'm an Assembler coder, just to get a grip of reality on your funny ideas and assumptions
