I do have this one, but I sadly only ripped it to VBR v0. Can't say I'm exactly interested in re-ripping it.

based on most comment I've seen online. VBR v0 is in most cases indistinguishable from a CBR 320, but with just some more bit-saving. so I will upload it, and if you accept it, I'll just reply with a comment so I can get the fill.
