Not vinyl rip. Both tracks purchased at Hardtunes. "I want to kill you" is from the album Ready For Judgement Day. So all tracks are digital. You can check it yourself

They're not vinyl rips, but I would ask for either re-fund or a new download for track 2. it's corrupted.

Why hardtunes got different track lengths then (unless someone messed really hard with both tracks while keeping/adding "funny" artifacts in ~1:55-2:14 range of track 2/B1)?

https://www.hardtunes.com/tunes/hardcore-fundamentalists-they-want-to-kill-me/1697 = 4:50 (vs. 4:42)

Despite of being also "digital" adding a track from CD rip doesn't allow still calling whole release a WEB, just as having a modern WEB-ish mastering doesn't auto-mean it's WEB-sourced (hard-limiting and dynamic range compressing can be done in any editor).
Tho credits to OP that requested the impossible w/o caring to check if it exists at all

The funny artifacts are clearly signs of a corrupted source file. as I mentioned in my own reply, they should ask for a refund if they really bought it.
They tend to sound like this when ripped from CD-R's that are starting to, for the lack of a proper word, "mold/rust"

Tracks 1 and 2 are exactly the same as those in: https://www.discogs.com/release/253724-Paul-Elstak-A-Hardcore-State-Of-Mind (you can even hear "pogo" at the start of track 1).

So unless HardTunes lists them with wrong duration and also has both tracks from CD instead from original source, those tracks aren't actually purchased from HardTunes webshop.
Whick means, the uploader is lying.

If they actually were, those 2 + the CD version would've been a good fill, but in this case, this shouldn't be marked as filled IMO.
