I never got around to buying this whole collection back when it was out digitally and unmixed, only buying one or two tracks in MP3. But I've manage to get a pair of tracks in FLAC afterwards, but think it's time for the whole collection.

The digital copy was unmixed only to my knowledge, or came with both. It never got its own Discogs entry. But my request is for unmixed only, so I wont consider it filled with the mixes from the CDs

The Link used is only for reference. This album was originally released on CDs with no unmixed content. But it was uploaded to a few digital webstores with full, unmixed tracks (and maybe the mixes as well, I don't know because I ain't gonna buy for mixes).

This request is only for the unmixed full tracks from the digital stores. AS STATED IN THE TITLE.

Now we have only real 3 CDs (url of discogs is in topic) with mixed and croped versions inside (because mixing). But original WEB Release from www.trackitdown.net (now site is down) had Full Original Versions also (60 full original tracks + 3 mixes)! And maybe in lossless also...
On today released only mp3 versions (320) by CHC group.

That's quite a feat.
Neckbreaker and Braveheart exists as lossless as well.
I will upload Turn up the music and Braveheart as soon as we get the rest (these 2 will be exempt from the fill requirement as I will upload them myself). As for Neckbreaker, I do have it in lossless, but as it's still being actively sold, I will not share it myself.

Power of Love 2001 exist as lossless. But where did you get the 4:04 length from? digital and vinyl version is ~5:40.

Angel Eyes and Crazy Love might exist as lossless over at Toolbox.

The timestamp from that mix is for mixed content, so 4:04 means it's not full, or more than third of the song has been edited away.
Actually, we're both wrong. It's not the 2001 mix at all (I thought it was odd for slipmatt to play a track from after 2000 in a set with basically only tracks from 95 to 99), but an edited version of 98.

The Pretty Green Eyes on HTID1 is only 5:23, so your copy is definitely more likely to the full version.

the unmixed mp3 is what i am trying to copy here? same timings but in lossless, if your trying to get them all in full length and not copying the unmixed mp3 it's easier to do, cause i have the full tracks, obviously the unmixed mp3 where edited down on some of the tracks

it's the 98 version, but modifed.

Notice how the 2 first once are heavy on the piano, while the third isnt?

NOTE!
Do not get confused with the '98 mix that appears on Slammin Vinyl's Absolute Hardcore. That's a Scott Browns own rework to make it sound like Digital Boy Italian Rave remix, which is originally from 1995, but also appears on the Power of Love '97 single, but first got big after Hixxy played it on the early Bonkers albums.

NOTE!!
Considering I've seen it happened on other albums (mostly on trance compilation with mixed and unmixed tracks), is it know if the unmixed version supplied are 100% the same as the ones used in the physical albums?
Because I'm seeing different options here:
A) The mixes and the unmixed all have the exact same tracks, and the scene release reflects that (can't confirm since I haven't downloaded the CHC one yet)
B) The mixes and the unmixed all have the exact same tracks, but the scene release is cobbled together from various sources, making it a fake release.
C) The mixes and the unmixed do not share the same track versions. (which I've seen happen on Gary.D's D-Trance Vol.10 to make an easy example I remember)

Yeah, the mixes are more likely to contain the correct tracks everyone wants. As for the wrong tracks, those are the only 2 (Power of Love and SMD1) i can confirm are incorrect

I don't think the version used here is the one that's on Hardcore Til I Die, as most of those tracks are edits.

at a glance, most of those looks fine, but the ones that have a soft-limit at 16-17khz look ambiguous. Either upscales, or that's how it was made originally.

Either right issues, labels workers being knobs, labels heads wanting to push certain versions instead of what the DJs used. Or the DJ's just gave them the wrong files.

That's the same length as the original mix, are you sure it's the Re-Con remix? Plus, the remix wasn't on that album, it was the original. Re-Con's was on one of the Clubland X-Treme Hardcore comps.

That comment is wrong. The one released on BABY34 is the original. The Re-Con remix is clearly different, as can be heard CXH1 (CD 1 track 5)

There's piano at the start of one of the breakdowns that isn't on the other, and there more sounds/samples after the intro on the RB one. They're basically the same but little differences lol.

Funny this is the Nukleuz one also has a radio edit of it, which is basically a radio edit already.

More than likely there is no true lossless version, like a lot of the UK labels they send out vinyl rips and mp3 sourced to download stores for some odd reason.

Most annoying that Scott can't re-sell this version of the track.
And if anyone's wondering, there is no lossless version of Styles & Breeze's remix. Even Scott Brown had to use a mp3 when he made his Bonkers 9 (or was it on 10?) mix.
So for anyone who managed to buy it on Evolution's MP3 store, you got the best version of it.

Clearly [remastered] upscales:
Ida Corr Vs Fedde Le Grand - Let Me Think About It (Dougal & Gammer Remix)
Cascada - Miracle (Darwin Remix)

Something appears to be off in the higher frequencies. Unsure if upscales are not, or just a common anomaly from mastering tracks that didn't have freq that went that high originally:

You can check it yourself.
MP3 usually compresses the audio above 15khz or 18khz depending on the settings used when encoding. Your upload clearly shows signs of compression artifacts above 15khz

I dont use spek to verify. I use the spectrogram within foobar2000 player, as it shows the spectrum while playing, so more in detail than spek does.
But in this case, the spectrum on krakenfiles clearly shows something.
