CLSM does their mastering, after a certain point in time everything got capped to 20khz for some reason.

Yeah, a track doesn't need to get all the way up to 22khz to be true lossless.
The lack of a soft-cutoff at 16-17khz and lack of artifacting means it's a serviceable CD/WAV file
