Thank you, anyway

I can reopen it if you like but you need to explain what exactly is wanted.

It's just since noone discloses the source of their upload (which is most of the time wasn't purchased personally) and the source is unidentifiable through encoder version/encoder settings/tags/filenames, I'm kinda extra suspicious about these 48 kHz sampling rate mp3s - this sampling rate is typical for AAC (M4A/OGG) codec of Apple Music/Spotify/Youtube clips and there're pretty big chances it's just M4A/OGG --> MP3 reencode.
The only scenario for these MP3s could be "proper" ones is that someone bought lossless version exactly from WEB shops that do/can offer tracks with better than usual CD-ish 44,1 kHz sampling rate (e.g. hardtunes/hardstyle.com/bandcamp) and then encoded them to MP3 "manually". Because, afaik, even these "advanced" WEB shops for these "advanced" lossless releases still sell mp3s with usual 44,1 kHz sampling rate (i.e. downsample 'em).
Guess I'll just create request for lossless release (most likely it got usual 44,1 kHz sampling rate even at hardtunes/bandcamp) and buy it later if the request gets ignored
