Grabbed it from your link,
noticed it was missing .m3u and .sfv
Ran SRR to fix that and noticed both tracks failed the checks.

Grabbed a fresh copy and checked with SRR, 100% complete and accurate.

Not sure what happened with your copy, bad source? or corrupted over the years?
