I know I have/had a physical copy of the 1997 edition too, but it seems I haven't ripped it, so I guess I didn't find it last time. I'll see if I can find it tomorrow.

Didn't find it, but I'll keep an eye out for it. I did find some other stuff I hadn't ripped and I will upload that @ lossless-music. If you don't mind if I skip the summary part, I'll be happy to upload some more after that.
