Reupload suggests that you provide a link to webpage where it was available for (free) download but was removed @ file exchange provider. Otherwise it's just a request - and in this case also a poor one since you provide neither scene-release (file)name nor bitrate/source (vinyl/WEB) you expect it to be.
... then I hope non-scene WEB (tho with scene-like filename structure, "HW"/"Hardwind" written in names/tags, no sfv file), CBR 320 kbps will comply with your request:
