According to discogs it doesn't exist yet. But I would appreciate it if someone could upload the best available version over here :)

Yeah, it's true, but according to discogs ROT086 - Neophyte Vs Scott Brown – Black Magic doesn't exists in WEB, but it's here: Neophyte_vs_Scott_Brown_-_Black_Magic-(ROT086)-WEB-2002-HB
By the way, I can't find anywhere, but... who knows?
I agree with you, best available version would be nice to see. It's a rare release to find with full lenght tracks.

Main WEB shops were already listed here what's the problem to use search at those sites and figure out by yourself if it exists or not (not). It's one of few ROT releases that wasn't re-released as WEB by Cloud9.
Also if a release's WEB version isn't listed at discogs it means only that such info wasn't submitted by anyone - it's unofficial, enthusiast community project after all, like wikipedia.

It seems that only the newest Rotterdam Records releases are in hardtunes, but oldiest, like the one I put in 2nd comment, are taken from another source: Neophyte_vs_Scott_Brown_-_Black_Magic-(ROT086)-WEB-2002-HB

Old ROT catalog = Mid-Town = Cloud 9. For releases missing at junodownload you'll have to check by track/artist name at hardtunes/trackitdown (because you can't sort quite huge Cloud 9's WEB catalog exactly by label or even genre).

Believe me, when I said that I can't find it is because I checked junodownload, trackitdown.... etc. I dont pretrend to wait that someone did the work for me, only find another site when its possible to download it that I dont know... sorry for the inconvenience... If there is a site for purchase this release, i'd buy and share here with pleasure...
